MSI Solutions Gmbh was founded as a software forge more than two decades ago. To this day it has the high requirements: to develop and offer solutions in the telecommunication sector, which till now have not been available on the market at all or not in this quality.
The success story of MSI has begun with the branch-neutral solutions for the controlling and accounting of telecommunication costs. The distribution partners are upon others Siemens Enterprise Communications GmbH and Deutsche Telekom AG.
We are till this day an unchallenged market leader in this area.

For the last 6 years there has been also another core area, which is getting more and more important: the hospitality industry.
With HospiX a new solution has been developed and successfully brought to the market, fulfilling all expectations and wishes in the hotel industry as well as in the health care sector and in the facilities for assisted accommodation. It ranges from the accounting of telephone calls to the easy, fast and bug-proof internet access for the guest rooms. The HospiX solutions family counts as the technology leader.
