Small carriers and infrastructure operators of large groups or business parks are presented with the same problem: The services rendered must be recorded, rated and billed. The billing systems available on the market are often completely oversized for this, however.

The problem:

  • Import of the customer data from log files by ACI or ENMS with the billing parameters of customer number, line kilometers, duration of the trunk release and type of service

"Deutsche Bahn AG" project

The problem:

  • Creation of a billing basis for Arcor
  • Fully automated data mediation of all of Deutsche Bahn AG's Call Detail Records (CDR)

The solution:

  • 9 PC's with TeleData ZS collate the CDR's of up to 250 PBX's.
  • The local PBX's are connected to the centralized evaluation station using TeleData controller boxes via ISDN-S0 adapters.
  • MSI collects the data on 9 PC's and stores them for the Arcor Customer Care & Billing System ready for retrieval via the FTP server
