Our combined hardware/software solutions therefore record the usage, the
so-called Call Detail Records, internally on the PBX. The price is calculated
using the current carrier tariffs via the MSI web.
As a result of this, your accounting exhibits watertight bill checking.
This is also the case of course, if you make calls via several providers
or utilize PBX's from various manufacturers in your corporate network.
The software then automatically allocates the costs themselves to the
originators. So, nothing any longer disappears into the Nirvana of overhead
costs, regardless of whether the costs are allocated to an extension line,
an employee, a department or a project.

MSI delivers through partner and distributors and not directly to end
customer. Please, ask the supplier of your telephone system. The
computer retailer will provide, supply and install the software and
maintain the system.
