PhoneStat G4 is the flexible solution for telecommunications cost management. The software can be connected to the established telephone systems. Thereby the operation is possible on a single telephone system as well as by central recording and evaluation of the communication data in telephone network systems. PhoneStat is version-based equipped with the most efficient carrier database available on the market. The number of extensions and branches is individually scaleable.

The new generation of the software offers together with the optional extensions the scope of services, which can be customized to all requirements.

The communication data will be calculated precisely according to the pay scale tables. The pay scale impulse is no longer the basis for the bill of the telephone provider as well as for his controlling: The subscription of annual pay scale data (optional) assures the permanent actuality of the pay scale tables in your software.

Performance extension Prof/Web:

With the performance extension Prof/Web the user receives new functions, which are very helpful for the professional Accounting user. The economic efficiency increases due to the saving of time at the evaluations.

The organisation depth can be reorganized from three levels (department, participant, port) to the complex structure consisting of five levels. The separate levels can be called according to your organisation.

Various layouts can be saved (with user authorization). In order to make the work with the evaluation system easier, you have the possibility of defining a non-limited number of reports, which can be then carried out without any previous settings. Every user can be authorized to carry out each of these reports. These pre-defined reports will be displayed in an overview and can be modified any time.

The pre-defined reports can be carried out automatically from the system via the evaluation automatic every point of time (time interval, daily, weekly, monthly etc.). The evaluation automatic will be carried out on the PC as a service.

The evaluations or the reports can be sent via e-mail. This can also happen automatically (time-controlled) through the evaluation automatic.
All evaluation or reports can be saved as HTML or XML file in order to being able to process the data in other applications or on extern web servers. This can also happen automatically (time-controlled) through the evaluation automatic.

PhoneStat provides a HTTP / Web server as a service. The reports that are set up in the HTML format can be accessed via this server and the result is showed to the registered user via his internet browser.
 

Performance extension Client-Server:

The performance extension client-server makes the operation in the client-server mode possible. It is necessary when the program should be used at more workplaces.
