MSI Solutions GmbH was founded in 1988. To this day it has the high demand to develop and offer solutions in the telecommunication sector, which have not been on hand on the market at all so far, or have not been available in this quality. Our success story began with branch-neutral solutions for controlling and accounting of telecommunications costs. Distribution partners are among others Unify GmbH & Co. KG (formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications) and Deutsche Telekom AG. Until today we are the unchallenged marked leader in this field.

Since 2005 there is another focus with constantly growing importance: the accommodation sector.

With HospiX we developed and successfully launched a solution that fulfils any expectations and requests. HospiX is well approved in the hotel and in the healthcare sector as well as in facilities for assisted living. System functions reach from billing of phone calls over easy, fast and secure internet access for guest rooms up to professional management reports used as a controlling instrument: The HospiX family of solutions is a technological leader.

Our solutions are available worldwide in five languages. The number of customers counts more than 45,000 already.
